The Lone Star Fugitive Task Force Arrests Fugitive Charged with the Murder of a Teenager after Family Altercation
 
The Lone Star Fugitive Task Force LogoSan Antonio – The United States Marshals Service sponsored Lone Star Fugitive Task Force (LSFTF) arrested 20 year old homicide suspect Jacob Sotello in San Antonio Monday afternoon after finding him hiding in the 7700 block of Deer Lane in San Antonio, Texas.

Jacob Sotello came to the attention of the LSFTF after the San Antonio Police Department developed him as the prime suspect in the shooting and murder of 16 year old Hector Chavarria on 04/02/2008. Chavarria’s sister, Janet Chavarria, was arrested by San Antonio Police shortly after Hector Chavarria was shot and killed and also charged with murder in her brother’s death.

The United States Marshal for the Western District of Texas LaFayette Collins said “The senseless murder of this very young man saddens the whole community. Fortunately for the public, all those involved in this murder are now behind bars where they belong.
