First utilized after Hurricane Andrew and reestablished after Hurricane Katrina, Reserve Support to Disaster Relief Operations (RESDRO) is the plan used to engage Reservists in civil disaster response operations.  The RESDRO presentations provide credentialing programs for both Roofing and Debris Quality Assurance inspectors. The training also includes the DHS baseline awareness training requirements: National Incident Management System (NIMS) and the Incident Command System (ICS).

In order to receive certification, a score of at least 70% is required on each assessment.
