The
Property Management
Division (PMD) provides
overall leadership,
coordination, and direction
for the management of
USDA's portfolio of
personal and real property,
which includes properties,
vehicles, aircraft,
and real estate. PMD
develops and monitors
Department-wide policies,
procedures, and regulations
governing property management
to ensure that sound
practices are in place
for the management of
USDA's assets. PMD develops
and deploys property
systems to assist USDA's
agencies in leveraging
their property assets
in support of their
missions. PMD also directs
and oversees USDA's
physical security programs.
