this sounds to me like your site's publishing software is encoding the HTML character. i believe i've offered you the same advice few days ago, but please try using a non-wyswyg editor if one is offered with your publishing software. or you may contact their support to see if they can help you with it.

sorry. i did not note that you have not uploaded the video yet. for torubleshooting purposes, it will be *very* helpful for us to see the video. keep in mind that you may choose to make the video private since our moderators can still access them. beyond that, i would suggest making sure you are not using non-square pixel to stretch the videos to 1280x720.

we need to be able to present the videos within our layout. SD videos are sized down to 504 px width during transcoding. in your case, i would suggest exporting them as HD if possible. http://vimeo.com/help/hd#upload_hd
