AOS is a 24-hour, seven days a week toll free information and referral telephone line and internet/Web based service available to active duty, mobilized reservists, deployed civilians and their families worldwide. AOS provides information ranging from every day concerns to deployments/reintegration issues.

You can call the service, email a consultant or you can go online whenever it is convenient for you. No matter where you or your family are in the US or overseas. The phones are answered live by qualified consultants and you never get an automated phone tree. Telephonic access is at no cost to you or your family members. Assistance is provided by a masters’ level staff and a research team is available to provide you with customized information for your unique needs.

AOS services include:

• Nationwide network of licensed clinical social workers, licensed marital and family counselors, and licensed psychologists
