The Human Resources Management Division (HRMD) is dedicated to providing innovative and proactive Human Resources programs, policies and guidelines. We develop national policies, guidelines, standards, and procedures, and provide training opportunities and oversight functions. We develop the national policies on benefits, employee relations, employee suggestions, incentive awards, merit promotion, performance management, position classification, quality of work life, telecommuting and workforce planning.
