The NRCS Human Capital Strategic Plan (HCSP) complements the NRCS Strategic Plan: Productive Lands ― Healthy Environment by providing direction for the management of the NRCS workforce in order to meet the Agency’s long-term goals. The HCSP outlines strategies to ensure NRCS can continue to serve the public, build partnerships, and provide healthy and productive natural resources through a highly-skilled and diverse quality workforce.
