"What We Eat in America", a new nationwide dietary intake data for the years 2001-2002 is an integration of two nationwide dietary intake surveys – the Continuing Survey of Food Intakes by Individuals (CSFII) conducted by USDA and the National Health and Nutrition Examination Survey (NHANES) conducted DHHS.
