CAUSE

Error 26011 is an InstallShield error code. It indicates that the installation process has failed. This error can occur if, user is trying to install Java software on a drive having insufficient disk space. However we are still investigating the root cause of the issue.

WORKAROUND

The installer requires about 100 MB of free disk space to expand in order to complete your Java software installation. Delete files that you do not need from your C: drive (or whichever drive you are installing to), to create sufficient free space for the Java software installation.
