How do I check on the status of my order?

Smithsonianstore.com will typically ship your order within 24 hours. For orders placed online, you will receive an order number in your order confirmation. Please reference your order number when checking the status of your order. You may check your order status online by clicking on "order status" at the top of any page. Simply enter your order number starting with W and your billing zip code to see your order status. Unfortunately, order placed via phone or before 9/13/05 can not be tracked using our online order status feature. International Order Status
The Smithsonian welcomes orders from our worldwide customers, however our online store can only accept orders shipped to the US and Canada. For international orders placed via phone, mail or fax, please contact a customer service representative. To reach us by phone from outside the United States, please call 304-725-7050 or fax 304-728-2171. From Canada, please call toll free 1-800-322-0344. Most merchandise is shipped via International Federal Express. The approximate shipping charge for international orders is indicated on the order form. You will be contacted prior to shipment if the cost to ship your order exceedes the indicated charge by 20% or more. Additional charges will apply for all items marked as incurring additional delivery charges in the product descriptions. Most items requiring 4-6 weeks for delivery are not available to ship outside the United States.
