On June 11, 2008, PBS hosted a Lease Construct Industry Roundtable at the Madison Loews Hotel in Washington DC. The focus of the roundtable was to seek industry comment and insight on the subject of lease construction as well as to educate real estate developers on how GSA approaches these types of projects. Topics of discussion included the site selection process; how to submit an offer to lease space; procurement methods used in the process; the credit tenant lease; and improving design and construction management quality in lease construction projects.
