For digital cameras the problem I've had is that some of them start the file names at zero if the camera or memory card is empty. Same rules apply here. Shoot some post roll so that when you empty the camera you can leave something behind so the new shots get new, ascending names.

If you don't do so you run the risk of accidentally overwriting your older clips next time you empty the camera.
