About our author:
Dr. Kenney is the Nutrition Research Specialist for the Pritikin Longevity Center. He is also on the Board of Directors for the National Council Against Health Fraud. He is Board Certified as a specialist in Human Nutrition Sciences by the American Board of Nutrition and is also a Fellow of the American College of Nutrition. Dr. Kenney has spent many years evaluating the scientific literature on nutrition and disease. He has been a registered dietitian since 1982 and is a licensed dietitian in the state of Florida.
