GSA SmartPay® Online Training

Free online training is offered for the proper use and management of the GSA SmartPay® purchase card and travel card program for customer agencies. In addition to the traditional training we have included (below) a document that provides guidance and sources of information on how to use the government charge cards during emergency situations.

Both cardholders and program coordinators are encouraged to take their designated training program. Each training should take approximately 45 minutes to complete.

SmartPay Purchase Card GSA SmartPay® Travel Cardholder Training - Online training for travel charge cardholders. This training provides information on traveling for the government and reviews how to use a government travel charge card.

GSA SmartPay® Travel A/OPC Training - Online training for travel charge card Agency/Organization Program Coordinators (A/OPC). This training module is intended to teach you the basics of your roles and responsibilities as an A/OPC.
SmartPay Purchase Card GSA SmartPay® Purchase Cardholder Training - Online training for purchase charge cardholders. This web based purchase card training is a great way for new and seasoned cardholders to learn the ins and outs of properly using the purchase card.

GSA SmartPay® Purchase A/OPC Training - Online training for purchase charge card Agency/Organization Program Coordinators (A/OPC). It teaches the basics of what's expected of a purchase charge card A/OPC.
