Scientific and Technological Achievement Awards (STAA) Review PanelThe U.S. EPA Office of Research and Development has requested that the Science Advisory Board evaluate scientific and technological papers published in peer-reviewed journals and books by EPA authors and nominated for the FY2002 EPA Scientific and Technological Achievement Awards Program (STAA Program).
The EPA SAB Staff Office is announcing the addition of more experts to its STAA Review Panel (Panel) and is hereby soliciting nominations for additions to this Panel. The STAA Program, and the formation of this Panel was published in the Federal Register, 67 FR 79079-81 (December 27, 2002). At that time, the SAB solicited nominations for the full Panel which met in 2003. Nominations should be submitted in electronic format through the Form for Nominating Individuals to Panels of the EPA Science Advisory Board provided on the SAB Web site. The form can be accessed through a link on the blue navigational bar of the SAB Web site at: http://www.epa.gov/sab. To be considered, all nominations must include the information required on that form. Anyone who is unable to submit nominations via this form should contact the Designated Federal Officer (DFO), indicated below. Nominations should be submitted by May 18, 2004.
