After a thorough
analysis of the Guaranteed Rural Housing program in Louisiana and
the resources available to continue to deliver quality customer
service, it was determined the program will be centralized to the
State Office in Alexandria. We feel this system will enable us to
provide uninterrupted and more efficient service to our lenders and
the public statewide.
The transition began in February 2008, and we are now ready to
implement the final phase of centralizing the Guaranteed Rural
Housing Program in Louisiana.
Lafayette Area Office GRH
Processing to be Centralized
Effective January 5, 2009
Guaranteed Rural Housing loan processing for participating lenders serving
the following parishes (formerly served by the Lafayette Area Office)
will be centralized in the State Office effective January 5,
2009:
