Thanks for all the great work. Keeping this many people so happy is no small task!
I'm not sure where a 'feature request' would go- so I hope someone gets a chance to read this!
I would love - love - to see a continuous play, playlist feature on Vimeo. The ability to watch a series of videos back to back without having to go and click through each one. This would be great on individuals pages, groups, and channels.
Hope you might consider it!
but is there a way to show de descriptions by default? I find the descriptions of the videos on my channel very important.
Also, how can I change the box (boxes?) names? 'Shout box' is just not good enough.
thanks.
Other than that one of my favorite things to happen on Vimeo for awhile so huge kudos!

Great, Kevin!!!
Regards,
vimeo.com/motiongraphics
I had left the comment begging for an option to not use have a tab in gallery view. Please please pretty please! Channels look amazing and I think the gallery view is just gorgeous but it just isn't intuitive and I really think a lot of people who would go to my Channel from a link would mistakenly think there was only one video there. The other layouts are great too but wow, Gallery is just stunning. Please, I'm begging!
Please do lemme know somehow if this change is implemented as I will switch immediately! Last thought, perhaps the tab can remain but the default be open and then if someone wants to hide the clutter (and is smart enough to do so) they can hit the tab.
aCk, I didn't do very good at stfu did I? Thanks a million Kevin! Whoot!
Many many thanks. =)

perfect, guys....just perfect : ]
......
saw it, tried it.
really like it.
you can also embed it on your own site so ppl will be linked to your channel!
I'm loving where you're going with the new channel controls but I don't love the fact that you added more clutter (buttons, video title box (why this blue font?) and my icon} to the top left corner of my videos.
If you take the time to create a custom thumbnail for your video you don't want vimeo to park a bunch of clutter on top of it (6 items + the player controls). we should be given control to take more stuff OFF the face of the video, not adding more on. It's bad enough having the play arrow and controls on top of the video image as opposed to underneath.
I've even taken steps in my thumbnail designs to make it appear that the player controls are underneath the image and take care NOT to place anything on the thumbnail that's going to get covered up by the "Share, Embed & HD on/off buttons. Look at this channel now:
vimeo.com/channels/bigband
Take note of every Vimeo-inserted button or text and tell me the design wouldn't look nicer if Vimeo left those decisions up to the user?
Do I really need to see my icon on every video?
All that said, is there a way to clear ALL of the clutter?
Bring back the capability to put the video title back to where it was above the video (or not at all) and let us change the font & color. Same with the channel name.
Lots of clutter in this post, sorry...
as for the portrait icon... please do not forget that there are many channels that people curate with videos from multiple authors, not with just their own videos.
as for the clutter... our feeling on this is that the previous version of our channel had far more clutter on the page and around the videos that kept the product from our original intent: a place to enjoy multiple videos in sequence with minimal distraction.
I'd like the channel to be as minimal as possible, with text above and a clean clear thumbnail. Maybe that could be an option in the future.
It is a pleasure and it a joy to have hard working and throughful staff to share a life jouney together as a one. Thank you once again and have a wonderful day.
Your friend emily eunjue hayes
You killed my personal designed channel.
I had control on ALL the colors, and now I can only choose some prefabricated 'Vimeo Design' looks yuck..
And no description standard with the video!
So now it is like everywhere on the web, another video, and you need to hit a button to find out more. Wrong road.
ps: we do plan to introduce more theme'ing features in future iterations of channels.
If I go to the trouble of reversing the order, will new videos show up at the top or the bottom?
I have a series of videos that were not all uploaded in order for various reasons. I would like to be able to put them in order and have the new ones show up on top.
Thanks!
So, well done, guys!
One more question....why don't the channel "badges" appear as results of a channel search?
It would be kind of logical, I think...
I like it!
If I am forced to push the description button on all the video's to find out 'how and what', you create more distance, it takes more time and it is not userfriendly. Its an extra obstacle.
What is a channel, just a bunch of video's? I need the description, the personal touch. Without that, a channel is nothing special.
