General Questions

Customers who have general questions regarding GSA Advantage!®  should view the Help Topics under Customer Assistance for a variety of information, including Frequently Asked Questions (FAQs).

Technical Problems

Customers who have technical questions, are experiencing technical problems, or have a suggestion about how GSA may better serve them should contact GSA Advantage!®  or call GSA Advantage!®  Customer Service at (877) 472-3777.

Ordering Status Questions

Customers who experience shipping, transportation, or billing discrepancies on National Stock Number (NSN) items should view their Order Status/History in GSA Advantage!®,  locate the item, and click on the requisition number. Customers will then be taken to a report that allows them to indicate the type of discrepancy and directly submit the Discrepancy Report.

For order status, follow-ups, etc., customers should contact the supplier directly. The Schedule contractor's name and telephone number is printed on the order summary customers receive at checkout and also through Order Status/History.
