How to Prepare a Quality IT Offer
GSA's IT Acquisition Center offers an IT Solicitation Training Seminar for Schedule 70. The seminar is offered quarterly at 2200 Crystal Drive, Crystal Plaza 4, Room L1303s, Arlington, VA 22202.
