Millennia Lite Overview
Millennia Lite is a multiple award, indefinite delivery/indefinite quantity (MA ID/IQ) Governmentwide Acquisition Contract (GWAC) providing information technology solutions. Services are offered under four Functional Areas, mirroring the information technology life cycle.
Millennia Lite is worldwide in scope with a base contract period of three years and seven available performance-based extension years through 2010.

Customers have the option of issuing fixed price, cost reimbursement, or labor hour/time and material task orders.

To promote high quality contractor performance, contract option periods are based on the Award Term performance incentive plan.
- Program ceiling of $20 billion.
