Human Resources Services

General Support Services are offered to federal customers through Schedule 738X. Federal agencies can purchase these services from GSA Advantage!®, GSA's online transactional website. 

Professional support services such as Human Resources (HR) program development, and executive searches, or planning services that include modeling, forecasting, and needs analysis are available to federal customers. 

Another service available to agencies is Pre-Employment Screening, which offers high-end security background checks. Also, HR Consultants available to conduct surveys and assessments in support of workforce improvements. Federal customers can also purchase recruitment and placement services from web-based global recruiting firms on a yearly, or increment subscription service.

HR specific workshop training in support of staff development and coordination in tailored, or off the shelf format can also be obtained. These workshops assist in fulfilling yearly educational obligations, and are designed to provide support to supervisors, and human resource managers in planning staff development.
