Fleet Services Card
GSA Fleet provides the Citibank Wright Express (WEX) Fleet card with each leased vehicle for the purchase of fuel and minor maintenance. This card program offers widespread acceptance for customer drivers as well as innovative technology behind-the-scenes to help GSA Fleet control costs.

Driver's Responsibilities: All operators of a GSA Fleet vehicle are responsible for its proper use, maintenance, and protection. Abiding by the following guidelines will help GSA keep costs down and provide needed services.
Vendor Acceptance: For fuel, maintenance and body merchants looking to do business with GSA Fleet Wright Express offers payment options.
Under $100 maintenance or any fuel – merchants can either electronically accept the Wright Express Card or call in transactions to 1 (866) WEX-4GSA to receive a MasterCard number.
Over $100 maintenance or accident damage – phone GSA Fleet PRIOR to doing the work 1 (866) 400-0411 and receive a MasterCard number upon completion of the work.
