Alliant Overview
GSA is happy to report positive progress for the Alliant Program. Re-evaluations for Alliant Small Business have been completed and the contract is on schedule for award by the end of the month. For Alliant, GSA has completed the technical and cost/price re-evaluation of the Alliant offers based on recommendations and findings of the Court of Federal Claims. We have determined that it is necessary to enter into discussions with the offerors to maximize the government's ability to obtain best value for our customers. Once the information requested through discussions is provided from the offerors, a new anticipated award date will be made available.
Note: The Alliant Team is responding to several protests, therefore a Notice to Proceed has not been issued at this time. The Ordering Guide will be available on this website once the protests have been resolved.
Scope: Alliant Acquisitions
The scope of the Alliant GWAC includes any and all components of an integrated Information Technology (IT) solution, including all current and any new technologies which may emerge during the life cycle of the Contract and IT systems and services in support of National Security Systems, as defined in FAR 39.002. The Contract provides IT solutions through performance of a broad range of services which may include the integration of various technologies critical to the services being acquired.
As the definition of IT changes over the life cycle of the Alliant Contract, the scope will be considered to coincide with the current definition at any given time.

The Alliant Small Business Governmentwide Acquisition Contract (Alliant SB GWAC) is a proposed competitive Multiple Award/Indefinite-Delivery, Indefinite-Quantity set-aside small business contract, which will be administered by the GSA Small Business GWAC Center.
