This is Chrysanthemum indicum.

This florist's chrysanthemum, Chrysanthemum indicum (formerly Dendranthema indicum), is a beautiful perennial mum with orange flowers and yellow centers. This genus contains many hybrids and thousands of cultivars developed for horticultural purposes. This species of Chrysanthemum contains herbaceous perennial plants growing to 50–150 cm tall, with deeply lobed, thick leaves and large flowerheads, white, yellow or pink in the wild species. Modern chrysanthemums are much more showy than their wild relatives. The flowers occur in various forms, and can be daisy-like, decorative, pompons or buttons. The scented flowers are hermaphrodite (have both male and female organs) and are pollinated by insects. Chrysanthemum indicum is hardy to USDA Hardiness Zone 6 and generally in flower from August to October. You can find Chrysanthemum indicum in the National Herb Garden, centered in the Asain Garden.
