How do you ensure users receive the latest update of the software?	The updated CN Database is included in the annual release of the software, and changes to the database are included in any service pack releases. All customers with maintenance agreements are notified through email and website communication of any update releases available.
When the Child Nutrition database is updated, is there a cost to the school district to receive the updated database software?	The is no additional cost, it is automatically included in the annual release and any service packs as part of the maintenance agreement.
Is there a mechanism to look at information retrospectively, e.g. old recipes, menus served in the past, or to retrieve old documents?	Yes; Visual Boss provides a number of reports and archive tools to review past data.
