              JUSTICE DEPARTMENT OFFICIAL TO DISCUSS   
           HEALTH CARE FRAUD ENFORCEMENT AND PREVENTION


     WASHINGTON D.C. -- Robert Litt, Principal Associate Deputy
Attorney General, will discuss efforts by the Justice Department
to combat and prevent fraud in the health care industry, during
an address to the National Health Lawyers Association/American
Academy of Healthcare Attorneys.  The address will take place on
Thursday, October 30, at 10:30 a.m. at the Grand Hyatt Hotel in
Washington, D.C.

     The NHLA/AAHA is a leading health care lawyer organization. 
It includes lawyers who structure transactions, conduct internal 
reviews and respond to client concerns about fraud.  In addition,
the organization includes consultants who provide audit and
compliance advice.
