Native Plant/Grass Restoration Project

Description:  A group of elementary students will be working with Reclamation Park Rangers restoring the area around the Dufer Point Visitor Center at Lake Berryessa. Participants will be transplanting native grasses and plants at the Visitor Center. You must be at least 10 years old to participate in this event. Participants will be using shovels, rakes and other hand tools. The work performed will be light to moderate physical activity. Participants should wear closed toe shoes or boots and bring gloves if you have them. Food will not be provided for this event. There are 15 students signed up for this event already.
