About the Achievement Award Program

GSA established the Achievement Award for Real Property Innovation to motivate federal agencies to improve real property management. The program recognizes an agency's success and communicates cutting-edge ideas to agencies striving to improve their real property asset management.

The GSA Achievement Award for Real Property Innovation helps support federal agencies achieve the goals of the President's Management Agenda and improve federal real property stewardship as a whole.

 

Awards

GSA focuses on two topic areas for the award program: Asset Management and Sustainability.

Exemplary entries receive cash awards, publication, and possible adoption of the best practice across the federal government. There are five categories for awards:

GSA awards $5,000 for an individual winner or $10,000 for a team winner of two people or more.

How to Enter

Entries for the GSA Achievement Award for Real Property Innovation will be accepted in early 2009. More information will be provided as the entry dates approach.
