Payroll, Accounting and Reporting System (PAR)

GSA's Payroll Accounting and Reporting System (PAR) was created to provide the federal government with an efficient, table-driven payroll system.

PAR provides complete payroll functionality for an employee's entire service life, from initial hire through final payments at separation and submission of retirement records to the Office of Personnel Management. PAR is a fully automated nationwide civilian payroll system.

PAR was designed, developed, and is maintained by expert professionals at GSA's Financial Administrative Systems Division, Kansas City, Missouri.

Under the FEDdesk suite of services, GSA offers federal agencies fully automated and paperless transactions for Electronic Time and Attendance (ETAMS), Miscellaneous Reimbursements (MR), and Labor Distribution.
