Public Companies

• Annual Reports of Pittsburgh Public Companies
  A collection of print and microfiche annual reports for public companies in the Pittsburgh region. Some of these reports date as early as the 1930's, however the bulk of the reports date from the 1970's and 1980's to the present.
• EDGAR, Corporate Filings with the SEC
  Includes 1994-current 10-K's and 10-Q's, (annual and quarterly filings) of publicly-traded companies. Since annual reports to investors (except in the case of investment companies) are not required by law to be filed with the SEC, most are not listed. However, some companies have volunteered their annual reports to the SEC.
• IPO Central
  Jointly maintained by Hoover's and the SEC's EDGAR Online provides a detailed financial profile on companies that have registered with the SEC to go public.
• American Stock Exchange

• NASDAQ Stock Market

Listed companies are leaders across all areas of business including technology, retail, communications, financial services, transportation, media and biotechnology. • New York Stock Exchange

• Pink Sheets Electronic Quotation Service
  and OTC Bulletin Board
  Provide quotations for securities not listed on the NYSE, AMEX or Nasdaq, including national, regional and foreign equity issues, warrants, units, ADRs and DPPs. Pink Sheets has quotes, news, charts, financials and corporate information; OTC Bulletin Board has the same for those companies registered with the SEC.
