Vietnam has reported an outbreak of H5N1 affecting domestic poultry in a village. Response measures including quarantine, movement control, disinfection and vaccination are continuing.
6/01/2009 Bangladesh reports four higly pathogenic H5N1 outbreaks
Bangladesh has reported four additional outbreaks in domestic poultry in Rajshahi and Dhaka. All outbreaks were resolved by stamping out and disinfection.
