The Forest Products Laboratory Library is open to the public during the hours listed.

Items must be used on site. Photocopy facilities are available.

Subject areas include solid wood products, pulp and paper, mycology, wood anatomy, wood engineering, biotechnology, adhesives, wood preservation, fire research, economics, biodeterioration of wood, paints and coatings, and recycling. Subjects change with changes in federal emphasis areas.

Forest Products Laboratory publications from 1994 to date are available online at www.fpl.fs.fed.us/document-lists/1-publication-list.html.

Interlibrary loan

Interlibrary loans are available through normal library channels. The Forest Products Laboratory Library holdings are currently being entered into OCLC. Older items (before 1990) are in a card catalog.
