About the Help
 

Note: The Customer Statement brings together data from several agencies within the USDA. Each section of the Customer Statement identifies the agency supplying the content for that portion of the statement. If you have a question specific to a section and cannot find the answer in the help system, click the data source link on the statement. It will provide contact information for that section. Each agency is responsible for providing support on the content of the section they supply.

Establishing Customer Statement Access
 
  1. You must request a Level 2 eGov account through the eAuthorization program found at www.eauth.egov.usda.gov.
  2. You will receive a login ID and password. You must send a confirmation e-mail when that is received.
  3. Once you complete the form, take it along with proof of your identity (a valid official id such as state driver's license or passport)to your local USDA Service Center.
  4. A USDA employee at the Service Center will verify your identity, activate your eGov account, and link your eGov account to the USDA Customer Database.
  5. Log in to the USDA Customer Statement at http://CustomerStatement.usda.gov. The first time you login, a USDA ID will be generated for you. This ID is used on the statement instead of social security number or taxpayer ID to protect your privacy.
  6. View or print the statement data.
