Description: Mixed-species flocks are common and obvious in Neotropical habitats. In the Caribbean islands flocks have been noted on Puerto Rico2,5,24,29, Jamaica4, Haiti20, in Dominican Republic18, the virgin Islands7 and on Cuba6,16. Unlike other islands, however such flocks have not been described in detail for Cuba. One previous report treated mixed-species flocks of migratory wood warblers in Cuba16
