To make a reservation at the Hilton Seattle Hotel, call the hotel directly at (206) 624-0500 or (877) 637-5519 and indicate that you are part of the "EPA-Ecosystems" group. The room block will be in effect at the government rate until Thursday, May 7, 2009. Any room reservations received after that date will be accepted on a space- and rate-availability basis. Any cancellation made by an individual must be done no later than 72 hours prior to the scheduled arrival date. Any room cancellation made after the 72-hour period or a no-show will be charged 1 night's room and tax to the credit card on file. Check-in time is 3:00 p.m., and check-out time is 12:00 p.m.
DRIVING DIRECTIONS TO THE HOTEL
From Seattle-Tacoma International Airport and I-5 North:Take I-5 North to Exit 165/Seneca Street North. Turn right on 6th Avenue at the first cross street. Proceed 1 block and through the lights on University Street. The Hilton Seattle Hotel parking garage will be the first left. The hotel is on the corner of 6th Avenue and University Street.
From I-5 South:
Take I-5 South to Exit 165B/Union Street. Follow Union Street and make a left on 5th Avenue. Proceed 1 block and make a left onto University Street. After 1 block, make a left onto 6th Avenue. The Hilton Seattle Hotel parking garage will be the first left. The hotel is on the corner of 6th Avenue and University Street.
DRIVING/WALKING DIRECTIONS FROM THE HOTEL TO THE PLYMOUTH CHURCH
Driving Directions:Leaving the hotel, turn left heading toward Union Street. Turn right on Pike Street. Turn right on 8th Avenue. Turn right on Seneca Street. Turn right on 6th Avenue. The church will be ahead on the left.
Walking Directions:
Leaving the hotel, turn right and walk approximately 1 block. The church will be on the right.

Shuttle Service: Shuttle service is available outside of the baggage claim area at the Seattle-Tacoma International Airport. Shuttle Express provides transportation to the Hilton Seattle Hotel. The fare is approximately $32 one-way. For reservations, please visit their Web site at http://www.shuttleexpress.com/ShareRide.html or call them directly at (425) 981-7000 or (800) 487-7433.Taxi: Taxi service from the airport is located outside of the baggage claim area. Taxi fares to the Seattle Hilton Hotel from the Seattle-Tacoma International Airport cost approximately $33 (one way).
