Universities, economic development agencies, state agencies that have never participated in a previous Small Business Innovation Research/Small Business Technology Transfer Program conference  are invited to participate at any of the identified levels at a 40% discount if the available sponsorships are not taken by for-profit companies.

Universities are invited to consider being represented to promote their technology transfer capabilities, their graduate programs and special services to businesses, such as small business development centers, placement offices, business incubators, funding incentives for outreach and the like.
