Basic sponsorship benefits at all levels include:
- Presence on conference publicity and web site. This site is advertised broadly by federal agencies, Small Business Innovation Research consultants, state and local economic development agencies and others)
- Mailing list of all conference participants (estimated as being between 350 and 850 persons from federal agencies, prime contractors, high technology small businesses, funding sources and other businesses)
- Logo on hardcopy materials received by all attendees
- Sponsorship signage at appropriate places during the conference
