The topics are appropriate for individuals in – standards development organizations, device regulation, industry, and research.  The objective is to help identify the technical and measurement issues that are involved in the use of both national and international standards for the assessment of the reliability of active implantable medical devices. It is the intention of this workshop to help define the areas for future work that will facilitate for the rapid deployment of advanced implant technologies.
