ICE Most Wanted97-year sentence for torture
ICE investigation leads to conviction of Chuckie Taylor, a U.S. born citizen who tortured victims in Liberia between 1999 and 2003. This marks the first time that the torture statute was used against a U.S. citizen in U.S. court.
