The NN/LM Southeastern/Atlantic (SE/A), as part of its outreach program, is accepting applications for projects to be conducted by network members in support of the NN/LM mission and goals.
Project Goal
The goal of the program is to encourage SE/A members to partner with the National Library of Medicine to provide national coverage of health services.
Eligibility Requirements
- Full or affiliate SE/A members in Alabama, District of Columbia, Georgia, Florida, Maryland, Mississippi, North Carolina, Puerto Rico, South Carolina, Tennessee, Virginia, West Virginia and the U.S. Virgin Islands.
- A subcontract with the University of Maryland, Baltimore is required for this award.
Application and Budget Information
- Eligible members can apply for up to $25,000 for each project.
- A maximum of 2 awards is planned for contract year May 1, 2008 - April 30, 2009.
- Proposals will be accepted until funding is depleted

Period of Performance
Projects should be completed within 12 months of project award.
Selection Criteria
Criteria for selection include:Proposals must meet the MedlinePlus Go Local Project Proposal Guidelines. Proposals will be reviewed by NLM and RML staff.
Reporting Requirements
Reports should be submitted by the 15th of each month of the new quarter (January, April, July, October), to both the RML and the NLM. Quarterly reporting is an ongoing commitment for the life of the project that extends beyond the period of NN/LM funding.
