List Your Study Abroad Program in IIEPassport |

Listing your program in IIE's Study Abroad Directories and on IIEPassport.org is provided as a free service to organizations and institutions worldwide who offer study abroad opportunities to US students and adult learners.
If you offer a study-abroad program that is not currently listed in IIE's Study Abroad Directories (Academic Year Abroad and Short-Term Study Abroad) or on the IIEPassport website, you may contact us to request a free listing. Please enclose current printed information with your letter or fax. You may also e-mail your request. Please include your institution's website if available.
The printed directories and IIEPassport search engine are intended to offer information on postsecondary programs up to one year in length. If your program is appropriate for either Academic Year Abroad or Short-Term Study Abroad, IIE will send you a User ID, Password and instructions for you to add your program to our suite of reference materials by entering program details directly onto our online survey website, www.iiesurvey.org. All new program listings will be added to the IIEPassport website biannually in January and June, and all programs added before mid-October will appear in the next annual edition of our printed directories, which are published each spring
Program directors for co-sponsored and consortia-sponsored programs should coordinate with each other so that only one update or new program is submitted. Non-US organizations should submit program listings only for direct enrollment options. Information on study-abroad programs offered in collaboration with US colleges or universities must be submitted by the US sponsor.
IIE is not responsible for duplication arising out of multiple submissions, nor is the Institute responsible for programs submitted by program directors not officially approved by the program or consortia sponsor. The sole responsibility of the publisher is to correct the information in succeeding editions.
