Subject: | User Lockout |
To unlock an account after 3 failed Login attempts, do the following:
1. Login to Central Administration. Go to Administrative Options and then Provider/User Manager.
2. Under Realtime providers, go to Users and find the user in the list who is locked out.
3. Right-click this user and click "Undo User Lockout".
You should now be set to log back in under that account--If you remember the Password!
