Subject:   Hep B in HIV clients

Has anyone used CAREWare's preprogrammed Hepatitis B report (either in version 3.6 or 4.0)? It's supposed to output clients who have or have had Hepatitis B , but the criteria for the report is: Clients with Hepatitis B (HBsAb or HBsAg Positive ever) If someone had only an HBsAb+ that would mean they were vaccinated , not that they ever had Hep B. Should the criteria instead be: HBsAg or HBcAb positive ever? I'm not a Hep B specialist, so just looking for others thoughts on this. Thanks.
