I¡¯m now deeply puzzled about the recent results!
There are two tasks named A and B in my experiment. I used two ways to get the average activation of each task, T-test and Anova2, but get very different result.
By using T-test, there is little activation in task B while a lot in task A. By using Anova, both tasks have a lot more activation than task A, to some extent unbelievable, but little difference between A and B.
What¡¯s wrong, and which method should I take?
