The zipped up service is attached.
Not sure how you'll be able to run it, though. It tries to connect to a 
remote server that is running the actual service I'm trying to GRID-ify.
You may have to modify MyAppGridServiceImpl.java to not try to connect.
The error is happening even before it tries to connect to the remote 
server; so you should be able to reproduce it.
