Three new software packages released by the PFGRC, June 9, 2008
- Magnolia, a microarray data management and export system for PFGRC microarray users (non-Government link).

Release of the genome assembly of Ixodes scapularis to GenBank on January 22, 2008NIAID has funded the sequencing, assembly and annotation of the genome of the Lyme disease tick, Ixodes scapularis, through its Microbial Sequencing Centers and Bioinformatics Resource Center.
New DNA Microarrays Available Now, Nov. 11, 2007The NIAID PFGRC has made new microarrays available for P. vivax, V. parahaemolyticus, V. vulnificus and C. jejuni.
