Title: Past, Present, and Future of the EPA Superfund Date: Friday, November 21st, 2-3pm EST
Larry Reed (Larry Reed's Biosketch(http://tools.niehs.nih.gov/sbrp/1/network/lar ry_reed_biosketch.pdf) (15 KB)), Former Acting Director of the EPA Superfund Program Office, will be presenting a web seminar about the National Superfund Program. The presentation will highlight the "inner workings" of the EPA Superfund program, ranging from the budget demands of EPA's Head Quarters (HQ) and regional offices to the role of the enforcement arm of the program. Mr. Reed will also describe the most complex and controversial demands placed upon the Superfund program and the emerging programmatic and scientific issues the EPA has faced and will need to address in the future.
