The Examine Peaks section has not been specifically changed, but the NvAssign module now contains some buttons that are useful in dealing with spectral windows (frames that display spectra). You will notice three buttons in the top right corner of the window:
The first, ‘Toggle Peak Label’ is mainly for use in the ‘Edit Clusters’ section. It changes the peak labels in the active window from peak number to cluster number or vice versa.
The second button, called simply ‘11,’ changes the level of the current window to 11 ("But, this one goes to 11.." - This is Spinal Tap).
The last button, ‘Unify,’ will apply the attributes and peak attributes you have set (such as level) to all the frames in the window.
