Abstract
Established in 1968, The Chemotherapy Foundation is a public foundation uniquely dedicated to the control, cure, and prevention of cancer through innovative medical therapies- including chemotherapy, chemoimmunotherapy, chemohormonal therapy, chemoprevention and biotechnologies- and to the special education of physicians, patients and the public through educational literature. The Foundation currently sponsors selected basic and clinical research initiatives at five major New York metropolitan medical centers.
Publications
The Foundation publishes newsletters, patient education literature and symposium abstracts. Serial publications: Newsletter, semi-annually -- notes on research projects, announcements of events, and features on chemotherapy; symposium abstracts annually (November).
