Experimental data concerning the onset of paralysis of skeletal muscles induced by BoNT/A at the isolated rat neuromuscular junction (NMJ) and in other systems from several laboratories were simulated with two different kinetics minimalist models: 3-Step Model and 4-Step Model (Lebeda, Adler, Erickson, & Chushak (2008)).
