  A number of our sister agencies now use GovDelivery: an advanced email delivery system that seems to have some advantages over traditional Listservs. We thought it worthwhile to ask the vendor to present to the WAG for those interesting in learning more about this approach. In addition, GovDelivery has put forward some interesting ideas on how we might be able to cross-promote selected activities across OPDIVs and make use of Web 2.0 capabilities.
  
  On the agenda, we have:
  
  • 20 minutes to discuss results of improved email communication at CDC, FDA, AHRQ, and HHS.gov and how such results combined with a Web 2.0 approach could lead to better communication with the public and better collaboration with other agencies for NIH.
  • 20 minutes of demonstration of live CDC, FDA, and HHS websites
  • 20 minutes for Q&A
